NF Tourney?

So Me and a few other people were talking about getting together a NF tourney (of some sort), and we came up with a few ideas to include....we figured it would be best to get other peoples opinions to see what appeals to players the most, so that we can get a decent sized crowd. So if you can vote, and tell why it would be nice so we can get an idea of what to play in the case that we can set a tourney up. In the case that we would play CTF Teams, TFFA Teams, Duel Teams, or CTK teams, we are looking to get ATLEAST 8 "team leaders" to pick 3 more players to be on each of their teams. This way we won't have to draft teams from 1 large pool, and the team leaders are free to pick any player that they want to be on their team that IS NOT already a team leader. If you don't know some of these gametypes are, here is a description of them.

CTK Picked Teams - Each team leader picks his or her players to be on his or her team, then teams will then face each other until 1 team successfully kills and defends the king once. The team that successfully kills the enemy king, and defends their king first will advance to the next round until that team either wins or loses later on in the tournament. There WILL BE A TIME LIMIT PLACED so that each team has a fair chance of killing and defending. This game type has been taken out of the poll due to lack of votes. This means this game type WILL NOT be played in the tourney.

*MH* - In this gametype (if we play it), we will only need 8 - 16 players to participate. We will have a certain number of rounds, and whoever survived the most at the end of those rounds would win the "tournament. This game type is no longer in the voting, since it will already be played, this means any votes that go towards this game type will no longer be counted, but it will still be played. *DONE*

*Duels Picked Teams* - Each team leader would pick his or her players on his or her team. The teams will then proceed to face each other in standard rotation style until 1 team obtains 20 kills. That team would then proceed on in the tournament until his or her team loses to another team. Single Elimination. This game type is no longer in the voting, since it will already be played, this means any votes that go towards this game type will no longer be counted, but it will still be played.

*CTF Picked Teams* - Each team leader picks his or her players on his or her team. The team will then proceed to face in a CTF match to 7 captures. The team that obtains 7 captures first will proceed on in the tournament until his or her team loses to another team. Single Elimination. This game type is no longer in the voting, since it will already be played, this means any votes that go towards this game type will no longer be counted, but it will still be played.

*TFFA Picked Teams* - Each team leader picks his or her players on his or her team. The team will then proceed to face in a TFFA match to 250 kills. Whichever team hits 250 kills first will go on to the next round of the tournament until his or her team loses to another team. Single Elimination. This game type is no longer in the voting, since it will already be played, this means any votes that go towards this game type will no longer be counted, but it will still be played.

Once again, In the case that we would play TFFA, CTF, CTK, or Duels, we are looking to get ATLEAST 8 teams with 4 players each. If you want to be a team leader, please say so in the replies section, and leave who you have recruited to be a part of your team aswell. If you ARE NOT in a team and you ARE NOT a team leader, but wish to be a part of a team, say so in the replies section so you can have a larger chance of getting picked so team leaders can see who is available. We HAVE found a server, thanks to Dylan, which is the Xtreme clanserver. WE HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE MH IN A SEPERATE TOURNEY APART FROM TTFA, CTF, CTK, OR DUELS. This means that MH will have a seperate pool to be entered in.

*Note* There is NO specific time that the matches will take place, but all the teams must be filled and a bracket made first before the matches can take place. A match can be taken place when 2 teams that are supposed to face eachother in a round have all 4 of their players from both teams online.

DUELS TOURNEY

Since its taking some time for us to find a team leader to fill the last team, and we've been waiting awhile, I figured I would go ahead and make the brackets so some teams could go ahead and start their matches as we filled the remaining slots. Also, these WERE NOT planned in anyway whatsoever, I just wrote all the team names on 8 separate cards and put them in a bucket and drew 2 at a time. So here is what round 1 will look like.

Some simple rules to follow:
- Duels are played in standard rotation style, this means you cannot change your rotation at all during the game, and you cannot switch back and forth between 2 players.
- Duels will be played with 200 health, a.k.a 100/100
- Duels are played to first team with 20 kills.
- 1 PLAYER FROM THE WHOLE GAME MUST TAKE A DEMO OF THE FULL MATCH AND SCREENIES!!! This is for if somebody wants to review the matches they weren't able to spectate.
- Matches will be played on Xtreme # ClanServer
- In order for a match to take place, both teams must have all 4 of their members online.
- Keep shittalking and flaming to a minimum.... its okay to have a little trash talk to rile eachother up before a match, but consistent flaming and whatnot isn't needed, we are trying to play a tourney, not trying to piss eachother off.
- Even though this is a competitive tourney, hopefully most of you will have fun. Gl, hf, and may the best team win.

They all sound pretty cool imo, I really don't get the point of mh, unfortunately you must narrow it down to 1 decision so we can get a better idea of what to play.
