What is NTL? What is the groove?

My version of the NTL speech, I adjusted some spelling mistakes 
NTL is a deep concept which unites the scattered free souls together under one clan which follows an ideology of individuality and independence.
The groove is a way of life. It is that which comes from a pure vessel filled with the fire of truth. It is a form of chaos forged in the nucleus of the purple nebula. The groove can see through all the lies and is the spark which lights the darkness of any space with warm and constant streams of randomness.
Inside the groove all numbers are fictional and the laws of physics bend. Thus making it useless to follow such ideas. To progress inside the groove you must learn to use your internal energy to balance the vibrations of those around you. Only after achieving a certain amount of virtuosity you can then become a beacon that can bring light to many minds, even to the minds of your enemies.
The carriers of the groove are immune to all evil, thus having enemies is quite rare. They can see the relativity of everything and therefore occupy their time with shamanic ancient dances and chants to purify the different lines of time as well as connecting the different dimensions together.
Throughout the history of JK2 we have observed that when groovers are not present or driven away by dark entities, the bridges of Caduceum collaps and no one connects to that particular server anymore. The groovers are always followed wherever they choose to go. From this we can conclude that the keepers of the groove are very important for our current existence and are unreplaceble assets for any server.

NTL technically is supposed to be an academy but I don' think anyone technically cares anymore.

NTL... is more then just a clan, more then the members that form it... NTL is an idea and that idea can not be destroyed so easily.

Noto amongst other things it is an academy yes ... but in the speech it says about being an academy , right here
"unites the scattered free souls together under one clan which follows an ideology of individuality and independence"<--- this means to find noobs and non-noobs with a free/open mind and bring them together in a place which is not governed by stupid rules made by kids and aspiring neo-nazi's(like Dotty ), where everyone can express themselves freely and with no censorship.
